Hi - I'm Bev.
I’ve dedicated my life to supporting individuals and couples to grow and develop in their relationship.

I live in Mosman, on Sydney's lower north shore, with my wonderful husband, Jim. We have two adult children together and after more than 50 years of marriage, still delight in the simple pleasures of life together - including: early morning strolls along beautiful Chinamens beach, playing with our puppy and grandchild, spending time with our family and friends, drinking wine and telling jokes.
Professional background

Personal development is one of more core values. I started my career as an Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) doctor and hypnotherapist. I then completed a Master's Degree in Psychology and started work as a Psychotherapist and Relationship Counsellor. I continue to work in this field and enrich my practice with continued development in different therapeutic modalities.

As a psychotherapist, one of my greatest joys is supporting couples to deepen their relationship. To complement this work, in 2008 I qualified as a Commonwealth Registered Celebrant and Prepare/Enrich pre-marriage assessment facilitator.

Creative contributions

I’m the co-author of Perfect Scars, which received the Independent Spirit Award from the New York Press and has been internationally recognised for its honesty and insight.
My passion for communication has extended to community radio, where I’ve supported presenters in telling their stories with confidence. This work was honoured with an On-Air Support Award for contribution to Australian broadcasting.
